Services that turn ideas into shipped products.

Six disciplines, one team.

Product & design engineering

Research-led design systems that turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences. Wireframes, prototypes and design tokens included.

Web engineering

Fast, accessible web apps and customer portals built on Next.js and React, with clean APIs and the performance budget baked in.

Mobile engineering

Native-quality iOS and Android apps with React Native: offline-ready, store-ready and built to share code with your web product.

DevOps & automation

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and automated testing so every release is boring, repeatable and safe.

AI & machine learning

Production AI agents, LLM copilots and retrieval systems with evaluation, guardrails and monitoring from day one.

Cloud & platform

Secure, scalable hosting on AWS, Vercel or your own cloud — observability, backups and cost control included.

Startup platform

Finedeeds

A corporate social responsibility platform that brings companies, non-profits and individuals together to organise, fund and measure social impact in one place.

Visit finedeeds.com(opens in a new tab)

The challenge

Employees wanted to give and volunteer, but corporate social responsibility was hard to organise across offices, hard to personalise, and discouraging when nobody could see the result of their help. Non-profits, meanwhile, needed a better way to turn corporate goodwill into steady support.

What we built

  • A corporate CSR hub to create, manage and measure initiatives across every office, with tools that turn employees into a community of givers and volunteers.
  • A non-profit workspace for fundraising campaigns, project requests, donor relationships and impact updates.
  • An individual giving experience: join projects, donate transparently and follow the impact stories that come back.
  • Real-time impact dashboards and secure Stripe donations, with every non-profit vetted before it goes live.
WiseOwl Phonics — teacher with children learning phonics

WiseOwl Phonics

WiseOwl Phonics

An all-in-one phonics platform for primary schools: guided lessons, quick assessments, automatic progress tracking and audio-supported practice at home.

Visit wiseowlphonics.com(opens in a new tab)

The challenge

Primary schools were running phonics on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Assessment, feedback, home practice and progress tracking lived in different places, and parents had no clear guide to what their child should practise next.

What we built

  • Guided five-step interactive whiteboard lessons with built-in visuals, audio and progression, so every classroom teaches phonics the same way.
  • Quick phonics checks with results recorded automatically, removing manual record-keeping.
  • Progress tracking against historical data that shows each pupil’s mastery and where intervention will help most.
  • Parent access with automatically generated, teacher-approved practice words and audio models of every sound, so families, including those learning English, can practise with confidence.

Statycs

Reporting and planning on autopilot for small and mid-sized companies: upload accounting data and get live dashboards, financial statements, driver-based plans and drafted commentary.

Visit statycs.com(opens in a new tab)

The challenge

Finance teams at small and mid-sized companies spent more time building reports in spreadsheets than reading them. Enterprise finance software forced a choice between power and simplicity, and took months to roll out.

What we built

  • Data import from DATEV, BMD, RZL, Schweighofer or any accounting system: upload a trial balance or journal entries, map accounts with templates and go live in minutes.
  • Live dashboards and statements: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow against plan and prior year, with drill-down to individual postings and automatic checks that flag entries worth a second look.
  • Driver-based planning: a one-click integrated plan that recalculates as assumptions change, with department P&Ls that roll up automatically.
  • Monthly commentary and management presentations drafted from live numbers, shared securely with unlimited read-only guests.

A complete operating loop for intelligent businesses.

Six layers that run as one continuous cycle — so your software keeps learning, acting and reporting without you chasing it.

1

Data collection

Ingest from APIs, databases, files and live events.

2

AI processing

LLM reasoning, vector search, fine-tuned models and structured tool use.

3

Automation execution

Actions across your tools: bookings, payments, CRM, emails, escalations.

4

Insights & reports

Real-time dashboards and narrated summaries to email, Slack or Teams.

5

Continuous optimisation

Self-evaluation, automatic failure fixes and ongoing improvements.

6

Human-in-the-loop

Approval gates, audit trails and escalation paths — people stay in control.

The listing-writer agent saved my team six hours a day. The website generated 38% more enquiries within two months — ROI was immediate.

Questions, answered.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects go from first workshop to live product in six to eight weeks: one to two weeks of design, three to six weeks of build, then launch. Bigger platforms are split into phases so you still see something live early.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes — most of our clients are independent businesses: garages, clinics, salons, estate agents, trades. We scope every project so it pays for itself.

Can I customise things later?

Everything we build is yours, with clean code and documentation. You can extend it with us, with your own team or with anyone else.

How do you handle data and GDPR?

UK/EU hosting by default, data minimisation, encryption in transit and at rest, and a data processing agreement on request. AI features never train third-party models on your data.

Which AI models do you build with?

Whichever fits the job: Claude, OpenAI and open-source models, chosen on accuracy, cost and privacy. We design so the model can be swapped later.

What does ongoing support look like?

A 30-day post-launch SLA is included. After that, a monthly support plan covers monitoring, updates and small improvements, with on-call cover for anything urgent.
